REALTOR® University is accepting applications for visiting faculty positions.

What is REALTOR® University?

REALTOR® University is a degree granting institution of higher learning. It provides a body of knowledge, core competencies, curriculum and standards for a comprehensive program leading to an advanced degree in real estate with practical applications, academic and real world perspective. Emphasis is placed on business fundamentals, principals and skills realtors use every day. The curriculum is rigorous, innovative, applied, academic, credible and of the highest standards. We provide business core courses, real estate specific core courses and real estate specialization courses.

Faculty Responsibilities

Faculty is responsible for facilitating student learning by delivering courses and programs in accordance with REALTOR® University requirements. Faculty develops course syllabi and lesson plans and apply teaching techniques to best achieve course and programmatic objectives. The majority of courses are delivered electronically including live and self-paced.

Faculty provides leading edge instructional methods that are interactive, engaging and collaborative. Faculty must have requisite subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills. Faculty must also have excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse teaching environment. Faculty must be able to work in a collegial manner and facilitate the efforts of diverse groups.

We are accepting applications for faculty with advanced academic degrees including, but not limited to, Master’s, PhD’s, JD’s.

We are seeking faculty with teaching backgrounds in General Accounting, Business Law, Marketing Management, Sustainability, Financial Management, Economics, Business Management, Money & Banking, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance & Investments, Introduction to Real Estate, Real Estate Marketing Strategies, Association Management, Asset & Property Management, Appraisal & Valuation, Commercial & Investment Analysis and International Real Estate.
