Research You Can Relate To

Real Estate Research | Richard J. Rosenthal Center for Real Estate Studies

The Richard J. Rosenthal Center for Real Estate Studies was created to provide practical, hands-on data and analysis relevant to the real estate trends and policy issues you care about. Based in Chicago, Illinois, the Center for Real Estate Studies serves as both a think tank and a research laboratory, targeting real estate research toward REALTORS®, policy makers, legislators, and the general public.

Our goal is to produce credible, scholarly research that all members of the REALTOR® University community find valuable, useful, and relevant. We strive to gather high quality information in terms of both real estate and research.

The high-level research we sponsor is distinct from other NAR efforts, as we extend beyond theory and methodology to the more applied, every day issues that practitioners can use in their business today, and their career tomorrow.
